Store & Customer Support FAQ
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are generally sent out within 2 to 3 business days of the order being placed.
Will I be able to track my shipment? How long will it take to get here?
Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by location but are usually within 2-7 days of shipment.
I just noticed I made a mistake in my order, how can I fix it?
The best thing to do is reach out to us immediately using the contact form or by emailing us at breathe@zentrovertgames.com. As long as the order hasn't shipped yet, we will make whatever changes you need. If the order has already shipped, we will work with you to find the most reasonable solution.
I do not live in the U.S. and I'm not able to checkout. What gives?
Currently, all remaining inventory is in the U.S. and shipping internationally can be prohibitively expensive—in some cases as much as the cost of the game—which we honestly don't feel very good about.
If you absolutely must have something in our store and live outside of the US, use the contact form or email us at breathe@zentrovertgames.com and we will see if there is anything we can do.
We may look into setting up fulfillment to certain regions if there is a high enough demand. Let us know where you are and we'll make note of your interest.
My order arrived with missing or damaged parts, can I get a replacement?
We will do the absolute best we can to make sure you have everything you need for a great experience. Please fill out this form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What is your Return Policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, sealed, and in sell-able condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can use the contact form or email us at breathe@zentrovertgames.com.
What is the difference between the Abstract and Life editions of Nevermind The Distraction?
As far as gameplay and components, they are exactly the same. The only difference is the type of imagery depicted on the cards. The Abstract edition has less identifiable, more subjective images while the Life edition uses photographs of everyday things.
Company & General FAQ
I'm interested in meditation, are there other resources you can suggest?
Yes! We highly recommend the app Headspace having used it almost daily for many years—which largely inspired the creation of our first game Nevermind The Distraction.
(we have no affiliation with Headspace)
Also, the book The Mind Illuminated by John Yates, is a very helpful in-depth look at the psychology behind meditation techniques and how and why it works.
I believe in what you're doing, but I'm not a board gamer. How can I help?
Honestly, just help spread the word. We fully recognize that our intentionally light presence on most social media platforms limits our exposure which means we need all the help we can get to spread the word about our games.
Didn't you get your start on Kickstarter?
Yes! The first printing of our first game, Nevermind The Distraction was crowdfunded in 2023 and fulfilled in 2024. You can visit the campaign page to read more about it.
Retailer & Industry FAQ
I am a content creator, can I get a review copy of your games?
We would love to have more reviewers look at our games! However, review copies are limited and only available in the U.S. so we cannot fulfill every request.
Please fill out this form with your information and we will get back to you on availability.
I am a retailer, do you sell your games wholesale?
Yes, we are looking for retail partnership opportunities. Send an email with your store information to aj@zentrovertgames.com and we will contact you with wholesale information.
I am an artist or illustrator, are you contracting for new game content?
We are always on the lookout for talented creatives to help us make sure our games are as beautiful as possible.
Send an email, including a link to your portfolio to aj@zentrovertgames.com and we will see if there are any partnership opportunities.
I am a game designer, can I submit my idea to you for publishing?
We are a very small team and right now focused exclusively on Nevermind The Distraction. We currently have no plans to publish games from other designers.
If you believe your particular idea fits well within our company mission, send an email to breathe@zentrovertgames.com.
